Meet Mama Laura

My name is Laura, I'm 25, and I'm a mommy. I’m proud to say that I’ve lived in Sonoma County my entire life, and love being able to call it my home. I’m a plus sized girlie girl with an affinity for tattoos. I listen to just about all genres of music, adore horror movies and comedies, and can often be found giving in to my sweet tooth.

Aside from motherhood, makeup is truly my passion. I spend the vast majority of my free time on makeup in some capacity, whether it’s sitting in front of a mirror testing out new ideas, researching new products and techniques, or reading into the lives of famous makeup artists. The world of makeup is ever growing and changing, with many things to consider. It’s not just about esthetics and what looks good to the eye or doesn’t; it’s also about safety, hygiene, and what works well in media.

I've been doing makeup on myself, friends, and family for several years and have finally had the time to start working professionally in the last 2 years.

At this point in time, I'm not taking makeup jobs.

I love beauty blogging, and am getting into the YouTube beauty community. I've also got a cooking blog that I recently started.
