My stylist/consultant from Stella and Dot was Sara Crosson, who I met at a local Bridal Show back in September. She is super sweet and I highly recommend her to anyone in the Sonoma County area. She showed up about half an hour prior to our scheduled party time to set up and headed out when things started to die down. She had a bunch of lovely pieces to show me and my pals - scarves, bracelets, rings, necklaces, a wallet, and a cell phone case. Plus, of course, catelogs. Unfortunately, when I scheduled my party neither Sara nor myself knew that the date I picked was only one week short of newly launched products :( The good thing, though, is that my party doesn't close for 3 weeks so there is still time to check those things out and order them should I want to.
I ended up ordering a few pieces today and will order a few more before my party closes. There were so many things and it was hard to choose what to go with first, and at all! And honestly, I'm afraid to see the new stuff because it might double my list LOL.
My favorites, that I either purchased or put on my wish list, are...
I have a slight issue with bracelets... I feel like I can't wear a thick bracelet because it makes my arm look fatter. Similar to how a shoe with an ankle strap can make your legs look stumpy. So I like dainty and dangly bracelets because I feel like they don't do that, and this totally fit that bill.
They also had a few kid pieces (and they are coming out with more) that my 6 year old was interested in.

Like I said, the party is open for the next 3 weeks and I hope to post again as a reminder once the new stuff has been launched. While you have 3 weeks to look at the site and order with your purchase contributing to my party total, once you order, your card will be charged and your items will be sent out so you aren't waiting until the end of that 3 week window for you to receive your stuff. And as it works with any other party like this, the amount of money spent by my guests adds up and the total amount at the very end determines how much of a discount I get off my purchases.
I highly recommend hosting a Stella and Dot party. The jewelry and accessories are high quality and beautiful. It makes a fun girls day to have your gal pals over to try on jewelry and pick stuff out. I had some wine (and sparkling apple cider for my pregnant friends), veggies and dip, and chips with salsa and queso. It was a fun little gab session while playing dress up with sparkly jewelry.
