Giveaway with Angelique Creations [CLOSED]

With just over a week left until my birthday, it's time for another birthday giveaway! This is one that I'm super excited for because it's being sponsored by Angelique Creations who I am a big fan of! Stacie, the owner and artist, makes awesome rings, necklaces, and headbands. I'm in love with them and I know you will be, too.

You can find Angelique Creations on Facebook and on Etsy. In addition to rings, you can find adorable headbands as well as earrings and necklaces. Stacie accepts payment via PayPal and offers free shipping through this weekend.

Details:

• The giveaway runs from August 11, 2011 until August 19, 2011 at 11:59 PM Pacific time. The winner will be notified by email and announced on my blog no later than the following Monday.
• Entry form MUST be filled out with at least the required (*) bits for entry to be eligible.
• I will confirm with the winner that the ring and color they chose in their entry form is the one they'd like to receive, and then let Stacie know so she can make it to order.
• If the winner does not respond to the email within 48 hours they forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
